JUST GETTING STARTED
Hello,
This is my first blog for my new adventure. A few months ago my husband came home with this wonderful surprise. He had bought me a CRICUT!!! It was love at first sight, ha! Not only am I a school teacher but I love being creative at home too. My first project was decorating a fishing line storage box and my husbands fire hat, minus the dots! I have labeled everything you can imagine in my classroom and anything else that needed an extra spark. I thought since the holidays were coming, I would try and make some extra money. It all started with a cake carrier and pencil holder for my mom. I didn't keep count but I decorated a whole bunch of cake carriers for gifts. I ventured onto other little things such as beer glasses, coffee mugs, and clip boards. I also came across these coffee mugs that you insert paper into. These, along with black coffee mugs and hot chocolate raised over $200 for my sons chorus trip in May. Boy, was I too exicted!! I am hoping to create a little at- home business in my small town and to have lots of fun. I am always thinking of ideas for what I can decorate and looking forward to some cool custom creations for Valentines Day!!!!
